Our comfortable holiday homes are nestled in the heart of the spectacular North Wales countryside. We offer four lovingly converted cottages to choose from. The 1914 school has three cottages, two of which can accommodate up to six guests and the other sleeps four.
These cottages can be booked separately or together, making them perfect for groups of up to sixteen. Our stone village cottage sleeps four guests, making it ideal for a family getaway.

Eryri Cottage at the Old School offers luxurious accommodation for up to six people with an open and cosy living, dinning and sitting room combined. Its old original wooden block school floors and fire place add character to this converted school, featuring two double bedrooms on the upper floor and a bunkbedded room downstairs.

SNOWDON COTTAGE

Snowdon Cottage at the Old School offers a unique and luxurious experience for up to four guests. Its open combined living and dining area features a modern fully fitted kitchen and patio doors leading out to a safe and fully enclosed patio/garden. There are two double bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with an overbath shower, providing an ideal and comfortable stay.

Pen Clip is the ideal getaway for those looking for a tranquil and peaceful break in the countryside. Set in the beautiful village of Waunwaur, surrounded by the majestic Snowdonia Mountain range, Pen Clip offers guests a unique opportunity to reconnect with nature. With a local real ale pub and Snowdonia mountain railway station just a short walk away, as well as a local shop and great dog walking straight from the door, Pen Clip is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Yr Wyddfa Cottage is part of the Old School Holiday Cottages offering a relaxed atmosphere, combined with modern amenities and plenty of space to relax and enjoy your stay. Our cozy cottages boast an open plan dinning , sitting and kitchen area, with tiled floors, two double bedrooms upstairs and a smaller bunk bedded room downstairs, and patio doors leading to a fully enclosed patio with garden furniture. So come and create some magical moments in one of our beautiful Welsh cottages

You can book Eryri or Yr Wyddfa cottage to accommodate six people, or at the same site Snowdon cottage to accommodate four. Any combination of cottages can be booked at the Old School site to accommodate from two to sixteen people. This is a great place for touring the whole of the Snowdonia area.1 Pen Clip , an old village cottage in the next village is great if you want to stay in a typical rural North Wales village and appreciate lovely walks in the beautiful countryside straight from your door step.
